I'm a hands-on product leader with 10+ years' experience helping companies build better digital products—whether scaling a health tech startup from pilot to tens of thousands of users, launching high-impact features to millions of betting customers, or leading complex delivery for global brands.
I work where product, tech and commercial goals meet, turning ambiguity into clarity and momentum. Most recently, I helped shape strategy and drive adoption at a fast-growing health tech startup. As it matured, I felt the pull toward something new: more flexibility, more variety, and more focus on the work I find most energising.
Now, I work independently with teams who want pragmatic, experienced support; whether that’s sharpening direction, unblocking progress, or just getting things done.

I’ve launched over a dozen products from scratch—spanning e-commerce, SaaS, and content-rich websites—and delivered countless major features and iterations at scale. From navigating the complex, regulated world of health tech at Alertive to rolling out high-impact updates to millions of users at Sky Bet, I’ve built for impact in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Earlier in my career, agency life taught me to move fast, solve real problems for diverse clients, and improve how teams work along the way.

Data has been a core part of my work for over seven years—whether collaborating with exceptional data scientists and CRO analysts at Jaywing, or building my own analytical skills at Sky Bet, where I leaned on expert data analysts to master tools like Adobe Omniture and run insights independently. At Alertive, I introduced Google Analytics from scratch, built a reporting pipeline using Quicksight, and commissioned longer-term AWS infrastructure improvements to make data more accessible and actionable. I also scoped and delivered product features that integrated with EPRs and Palantir’s Federated Data Platform, leveraging large language models (LLMs) to help users interact with data through natural language. In the AI space, I’ve partnered with two exceptional engineers—my husband, Nick, and James Hall, a leading voice on AI use—to push forward innovative solutions. Whether empowering internal teams or shaping product direction, I see data and AI as essential drivers of clarity, innovation, and impact.

I’ve led complex delivery across countries, teams, and time zones—whether launching a multi-party e-commerce site across Berlin, Oslo, and the UK, or steering a high-stakes live racing product involving engineers, data analysts, architects, and ops leads. I’m experienced in agile, lean, Kanban and traditional approaches like PRINCE2, and I’m pragmatic about using what works best.

Customers have been at the heart of every role I’ve had, but in my most recent work I formalised that focus into a structured approach to B2B success. I developed a framework to actively grow account value by building loyalty, encouraging advocacy, nurturing appetite for innovation, and aligning product impact with what mattered most to each customer. It’s helped turn relationships into real partnerships—and products into must-haves. I think this a solid path to growth for B2B customers.

Leadership for me is about supporting great people to do great work. I focus on understanding people’s strengths, passions, and personalities, and making sure they’re clear on where we’re heading. None of us can achieve excellence alone. At Alertive, I was part of a close-knit leadership team, helping shape company direction while still deep in the day to day. At Sky Bet and Epiphany (Jaywing), I led large, cross-functional teams through fast-paced, challenging work—always with the goal of delivering quality outcomes at speed.
